Teams at Delta-v

Manage and grow teams of SDRs/BDRs for international FinTech clients: hire, train, coach, optimize sales processes and playbooks, act as client-facing account manager delivering insights and reporting, and contribute to company leadership and growth.

The role involves entering Tech Sales focusing on FinTech and SaaS, generating leads, and engaging with C-level executives while receiving training and career growth opportunities.

Use German and English to research and engage DACH business leaders, conduct outbound outreach via phone/email/LinkedIn, book meetings, generate qualified pipeline, and collaborate with international sales and marketing teams while completing sales training.
