Develops, integrates, tests, deploys, and sustains C++ and C# software for high-fidelity missile warning training in JLVC HLA environments. Responsibilities include software architecture, requirements analysis, agile development, unit testing, code reviews, documentation, customer collaboration, risk identification, and schedule estimation across classified and unclassified environments.

Develop and maintain C++ and C# software for high-fidelity missile warning training in JLVC HLA environments. Integrate applications using RTI-s and FOM, perform agile development in classified and unclassified settings, and contribute to testing, documentation, deployment, and sustainment. Collaborate with stakeholders and customers on requirements, architecture, risk identification, estimates, technical solutions, and design reviews.

Provides subject-matter expertise for Space Sensing programs, leading industrial and systems engineering management, process improvement, schedule development, risk and configuration management, cross-functional integration, and complex technical analyses. Advises senior Government leaders, coordinates Integrated Product Teams, evaluates program dependencies and execution risks, and prepares schedules, briefings, reports, and recommendations in a classified defense environment.
