Lead e-commerce strategy and digital marketing to drive revenue, conversion, AOV, and retention. Manage paid/organic channels, website merchandising, analytics, promotional planning, cross-functional projects, and mentor junior team members.

Support Account Executives across the full sales cycle: enter and audit purchase orders, track order status, maintain line sheets and NuORDER catalogs, build selling reports, coordinate showroom/market logistics, prepare account-facing materials, track inventory/ATS, review open orders, and keep sales records and trackers up to date.

Own Open-to-Buy, replenishment, and demand forecasting to optimize inventory, in-stock rates, and sales. Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to drive inventory productivity, forecast accuracy, and season-level recommendations. Produce weekly and monthly reporting, support end-of-season strategies, and implement process improvements to reduce aged inventory and improve business outcomes.
