Lead IT functional activities for SAP S/4HANA solutions across Supply Chain and Finance. Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, support implementations, drive process improvements, and coordinate projects. Lead strategic finance support for the Product function, including product P&L, SKU profitability, margin analysis, capital investment, budgeting, forecasting, portfolio evaluation, and stage-gate governance. Advise senior Product leaders, translate financial insights into strategic recommendations, strengthen financial processes, and build a high-performing cross-functional finance team.

The Plant Accounting Manager supports manufacturing operations through general ledger maintenance, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, inventory control, and SOX compliance. The role analyzes labor, overhead, scrap, capital, and cost drivers; coordinates cycle counts and reconciliations; and provides financial insights to plant leadership to support cost reduction and operational improvement.
