Lead the Faucets & Adjacencies portfolio across Retail, E‑Commerce, and Trade. Develop category and portfolio strategies, product roadmaps, business cases, pricing, and launch plans. Analyze sales, market trends, and customer feedback; drive commercialization with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to grow sales, market share, and profitability.

Lead design, build, and scale cloud-based data pipelines integrating POS, eCommerce, third-party, and enterprise sources. Create feature-ready datasets for modeling and AI, standardize data models, implement data quality and monitoring, optimize performance and cost, automate workflows, and support integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake). Collaborate with analytics and data science teams and mentor others on data engineering best practices.

The Forecast Analyst will enhance demand forecasting by analyzing data, driving improvements in accuracy, and collaborating across departments to support decision-making in operations and sales.
