Coordinates recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HRIS updates, employee inquiries, communications, compliance documentation, events, and People Operations projects across two sites. Maintains confidential and accurate records, supports reporting and audits, schedules interviews and orientations, and partners with leaders and employees to deliver consistent people processes and a positive employee experience.

Provides strategic HR business partnership to senior leaders, leading organizational effectiveness, change management, organization design, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and capability initiatives. Coordinates enterprise talent processes across functions, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers while managing a team of three professionals in learning and development, talent practices, and talent acquisition.

Lead the Faucets & Adjacencies portfolio across Retail, E‑Commerce, and Trade. Develop category and portfolio strategies, product roadmaps, business cases, pricing, and launch plans. Analyze sales, market trends, and customer feedback; drive commercialization with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to grow sales, market share, and profitability.
