Represents Masco brands across retail, hardware, and trade partners. Responsibilities include showroom display installation, customer sales events, product training, relationship management, territory project coordination, performance reporting, new-hire training, and expense management. The role requires extensive travel, physical labor, power-tool and warehouse-equipment operation, computer proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Owns the analytics layer between curated enterprise data and business users. Builds governed Gold-layer data products, dimensional models, Power BI semantic models, standardized metrics, and reusable data assets. Implements Unity Catalog governance, metadata, lineage, security, quality monitoring, reconciliation, and deployment controls. Partners with analysts, business owners, IT, data stewards, and AI engineers to deliver trusted, documented data for self-service analytics and AI consumption.

Leads Delta Faucet’s trade content and communications strategy across brands, channels, and customer journey stages. Develops messaging frameworks, communication calendars, governance, content plans, and marketing assets including catalogs, price books, CRM materials, campaigns, and sales tools. Partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, Training, and creative teams to align priorities, improve engagement, ensure brand consistency, and support commercial growth. Uses performance insights to optimize content and communication effectiveness.
