Monitor trading activity and surveillance alerts to detect market abuse; investigate suspicious trading patterns and document cases; close alerts; coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, and Technology; prepare regulatory reports; tune surveillance scenarios; analyze spot, derivatives, and options; maintain dashboards and MIS; support audits; and drive automation and process improvements.

The Content Creator will develop engaging video content on trading and crypto, attend events, collaborate on content strategies, and stay updated on market trends.

Design, build, and optimize low-latency trading systems including OMS, execution gateways, exchange connectivity, and real-time market-data pipelines. Improve network/kernel performance, implement multithreaded distributed systems, profile and tune for high throughput, and collaborate with traders and quants to productionize strategies while ensuring reliability and monitoring in live trading environments.
