Lead end-to-end supply chain for a Beverly manufacturing site: oversee procurement, materials planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, supplier management, regulatory (ITAR/EAR/DFARS) compliance, ERP/MRP operations, and continuous improvement while aligning supply chain strategy with executive leadership.

Perform tin-dip operations on components, inspect parts for quality, maintain equipment and workspace, track materials and report discrepancies, follow safety guidelines, and support additional manufacturing tasks to meet production goals.

Lead cross-functional execution for high-value aerospace/defense/semiconductor customer programs. Coordinate NPI to production readiness, manage schedules, tooling, procurement, RF qualification/testing, and recovery plans. Serve as customer point of contact and drive on‑floor resolution of bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery and portfolio health.
