Establishes and governs Delta’s EMEA Service PMO, overseeing the regional project portfolio and ensuring delivery against scope, budget, schedule, quality, and compliance standards. Leads Project Managers, Site Managers, and I&C Engineers across multiple countries, builds organizational capability, standardizes tendering and procurement processes, manages subcontractors, provides portfolio reporting, and oversees sales-to-delivery and delivery-to-service handovers.

Lead HR operations across the Middle East and assigned territories as the primary HR business partner. Develop HR strategy, manage the full employee lifecycle, oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and administration, resolve employee relations matters, ensure employment-law compliance, and promote company values. The role requires extensive GCC HR experience, strong knowledge of local regulations, excellent interpersonal skills, and fluent Arabic and English.

Drive business growth for power conditioning systems by identifying market opportunities, developing expansion strategies, building relationships with prospective B2B clients, understanding technical and commercial needs, creating tailored value propositions and commercial models, and refining go-to-market strategies based on industry trends and customer feedback. The role requires professional fluency in German and English, 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, familiarity with power conversion or related electrical and energy technologies, and an electrical engineering degree or equivalent.
