The Technical Sales Engineer will support sales by providing technical expertise in Energy Storage Systems, address client needs, develop proposals, and monitor market trends.

Coordinate NPI-to-SOP transitions and manage order fulfillment, delivery readiness, and material availability. Track schedules, identify risks, escalate shortages, and align sales, factories, planning, purchasing, engineering, and quality to ensure on-time customer launches and ongoing production. Provide status updates and support customer communication during ramp-up and mass production.

Lead accounting and financial control activities including monthly/quarterly/annual close, reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, tax and audit coordination. Improve internal controls, drive ERP/SAP and automation initiatives, manage finance team, and provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and profitability.
