Design, deploy, and automate scalable physical and virtual infrastructure; lead cloud migration and IaC initiatives; strengthen security; provide on-call escalation, capacity planning, performance tuning, and mentor junior engineers.

Assist in designing and developing training content for Delta Dental, maintain Learning Management System operations, support audit requests, and manage reporting.

Analyze and correct rejected encounter data, monitor and audit submissions, develop and maintain policies and procedures, perform root-cause analysis, create reports and error libraries, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and train and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prevent and resolve encounter errors.
