Outside Sales Account Executive responsible for building relationships with firearms ranges, retailers, instructors, and local business partners in the Los Angeles/Long Beach territory. The role delivers presentations, educates prospective members, closes USCCA memberships, manages a territory pipeline, and provides strong post-sale member experiences. It requires approximately 70% local travel, evening and weekend availability, and completion of a paid five-week training program.

Produce and edit short- and long-form video across social, YouTube, advertising, training, and member channels. Manage full production lifecycle: concept, filming (studio/on-location), audio/lighting, editing, motion graphics, color/audio finishing, delivery, and AI-enabled workflows. Maintain assets, templates, and collaborate with creative and stakeholder teams while meeting deadlines and brand standards.

Leads People Operations, including HRIS, people analytics, multi-state payroll, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, and vendor management. Manages and develops two team members, builds operational backup, ensures accurate people data and pay practices, supports compensation benchmarking, and partners across the People team. Reports to the Chief People Officer and provides data-driven recommendations while executing HR systems and processes.
