Outside sales Account Executive building relationships with gun ranges, retailers, and instructors to present and sell USCCA memberships. Requires territory prospecting, in-person presentations after classes, consultative closing, pipeline management, and delivering excellent member experiences. Evenings, weekends, and heavy in-territory travel required.

Design EDW Data Vault and dimensional data models, build dbt data pipelines on Snowflake, collaborate with analytics/IT/business teams, mentor the EDW team, and transform data for BI, analytics, and AI.

Lead and evolve an in-house creative team to deliver integrated brand campaigns across digital, print, video, and emerging media. Provide art direction, content strategy, team mentorship, creative standards, workflow optimization, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen member engagement and customer experience.
