Executes CRM and lifecycle marketing communications across email, SMS, web, and mobile channels using Braze and related platforms. Builds and maintains customer journeys, automation workflows, triggers, audience segments, and campaign deployments. Performs QA, scheduling, troubleshooting, and launch validation while coordinating timelines and deliverables across lifecycle, creative, data, and technology teams. Maintains operational processes, supports project management, and provides basic campaign reporting and execution insights.

Develop relationships with firearms retailers, ranges, instructors, and small business partners; deliver group presentations; educate prospective members; close USCCA memberships through consultative selling; manage territory prospecting and pipeline growth; and provide strong post-sale member experiences. The role requires approximately 70% travel within the Detroit territory, including evenings and weekends, plus five weeks of paid training.

Builds and maintains reliable data solutions, datasets, transformations, and enterprise data warehouse infrastructure. Responsibilities include data quality profiling, cleansing, normalization, modeling, testing, CI/CD, performance optimization, anomaly analysis, and troubleshooting. The role partners with data architecture teams, supports reporting and KPI accessibility, and follows PII and organizational risk standards. It requires onsite work in West Bend, Wisconsin, with some hybrid flexibility.
