Conduct end-to-end KYC reviews for institutional clients, screen sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media, assess AML and financial crime risks, remediate and refresh client records, validate documentation, and prepare audit-ready files. The role includes client outreach, risk escalation, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring reviews meet policy, quality, and timeline requirements.

Supports post-trade financial services operations, including client trade setup, transactional reporting, break investigation and resolution, trade monitoring, settlements, trade conversions, and stakeholder coordination. Responds to client queries and may rotate across middle office, equity swaps, trade support, institutional oversight, and loan operations projects. The role provides training and exposure to multiple financial institutions and post-trade functions.

Perform portfolio data analysis, reconciliation, compliance testing, and structured finance calculations for CLO/CDO transactions. Prepare investor reports, model reporting requirements, calculate payment waterfalls and distributions, and coordinate audit processes. Interpret complex legal documents and collaborate with portfolio managers, investors, rating agencies, investment banks, accountants, and auditors. The role requires strong Excel skills, CLO/CDO expertise, analytical ability, and at least two years of structured finance experience.
