Leads the testing strategy and quality assurance function across delivery projects. Responsibilities include defining testing standards, coordinating test planning and execution, managing testers, ensuring environment readiness, tracking quality metrics, supporting automation tooling, collaborating on requirements, and conducting root cause analysis. The role also oversees release readiness and works with delivery, development, business analysis, and DevSecOps teams.

Design, develop, deploy, audit, test, and optimize smart contracts and decentralized applications across Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand, and MACH Chain. Build blockchain solutions for financial services clients, contribute to protocol improvements, integrate blockchain components with APIs and platform services, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. Provide guidance to junior team members while supporting secure, scalable delivery and improving development processes and tooling.

Design and evolve scalable distributed-ledger systems for regulated financial services, including APIs, smart contracts, tokenized assets, settlement models, and integrations. Contribute production code, architecture decisions, testing, observability, and technical documentation while collaborating with engineering, product, clients, and regulators. The role offers progression from senior engineer to technical and solution architect, with responsibility for translating regulatory and market-structure requirements into robust system designs.
