Lead end-to-end delivery of securities finance platform implementations and upgrades: plan, coordinate migrations, manage scope/timeline/budget/risks, oversee integrations, ensure compliance, drive testing/QA and stakeholder/vendor coordination to achieve go-live readiness.

Negotiate and manage ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs and related documentation end-to-end; liaise with legal, credit, compliance and front office; ensure regulatory compliance (EMIR, Dodd-Frank, MAS, SEBI, RBI); manage onboarding, deal tracking and counterparty queries; support industry initiatives (ISDA SIMM, UMR, IBOR) and documentation standardisation projects.

Lead and deliver end-to-end backend services within a microservices-based platform. Manage and mentor the team, design scalable resilient services, drive CI/CD and deployments (Docker/Kubernetes/GCP), support data migrations and production PostgreSQL schemas, build RESTful APIs, collaborate with stakeholders, remove blockers and promote engineering best practices in a regulated financial services context.
