Lead group legal function advising founder and executive team on M&A, investments and corporate structuring. Manage corporate governance, compliance (GDPR, AML, financial licensing), risk, disputes, and external counsel across an international portfolio. Support fundraising, investor relations, and control legal spend while executing commercial contracts and fund/SPV structures.

Individual-contributor HR role supporting Delta Capita India. Manage onboarding, global mobility (visas/relocation), employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, engagement, DEI/ESG activities, HR policy, and stakeholder partnerships across the India region.

Manages a 25+ person KYC operations team, ensuring timely, accurate client onboarding, screening, outreach, and AML/KYC records under service-level agreements. Acts as the primary client contact, oversees training, escalations, reporting, capacity planning, controls, risk resolution, and continuous process improvement. Partners with global stakeholders to scale managed services and maintain strong team performance and client relationships.
