Provide technical support to worldwide clients and partners for Delsys EMG hardware and software. Responsibilities include managing support tickets, interpreting time-series data, troubleshooting hardware, validating software license requests, training customers, managing demo and loan inventory, testing products, and creating technical support documentation.

Candidates will design and test wearable sensors, optimize sensor performance, build prototypes, and collaborate on engineering projects.

The R&D Software Engineer will develop robust backend systems and embedded processing pipelines for physiological monitoring and human movement tracking, focusing on real-time applications and collaboration with R&D teams.
