Select package types, define substrate stack-ups, bump/ball maps, interposer and mechanical constraints. Design routing, signal escaping, and power distribution; collaborate with IC, SI/PI, physical design and board teams. Manage subcontractors and engage TSMC/OSAT, evaluate emerging packaging technologies, and support package bring-up, failure analysis, debug, and qualification.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for semiconductor, hardware, systems, software, and AI infrastructure roles. Source and engage passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, manage interview processes, maintain ATS data (Ashby), and improve recruiting processes and reporting. Support headcount planning, offers, onboarding, and represent the company at recruiting events.
