Develops technical solutions and sales opportunities for existing and prospective customers across high-tech industries in Taiwan. Responsibilities include customer acquisition and retention, sales target achievement, project startup and support, internal and external project management, opportunity reporting, competitor analysis, and closing new business. The role collaborates with technical and executive teams and requires travel within Taiwan plus one to two annual trips to Germany.

Provide technical consultation and support to China customers, develop and integrate customer-specific bonding process solutions, conduct feasibility studies, collaborate with Sales and Product Management, and implement technologies into customer production lines.

Provide administrative and sales support to sales managers: manage SRM/CRM portals, process orders/payments, track shipments, handle customer inquiries and complaints, prepare sales reports, coordinate meetings and travel, and support sales process optimization.
