Provide general administrative and clerical support including scheduling, correspondence, document management, meeting coordination, basic office tasks, and assisting teams with daily operations. Support may include handling records, communications, onboarding logistics, and other duties as assigned in a flexible, collaborative environment.

Drive regional sales and project development for dispensing and curing equipment. Build and maintain relationships with machine integrators and vendors, identify customer requirements, coordinate with engineering and product teams, monitor market and competitors, and provide primary customer support and technical problem solving.

Manage and grow customer accounts in Japan by designing technical solutions, delivering project startup and ongoing support, opening new clients to meet sales targets, coordinating internal/external project execution, reporting on opportunities and competitor activity, and collaborating with executives on applications.
