Owns global content excellence for a 10-million-plus product catalog. Leads agent teams across two hubs, defines operating models, performance metrics, quality standards, enrichment frameworks, and workforce plans. Partners with Product, Data, Category, and local teams to improve product onboarding, catalog quality, automation, and AI-assisted enrichment. Responsibilities include coaching agents, analyzing business impact, identifying process issues, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring accurate, complete product information.
