Own the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and retention. Lead a team of three CRM specialists, develop multichannel automated campaigns, and collaborate with technology, data, design, and brand teams. Use segmentation, personalization, analytics, experimentation, and customer behavior insights to improve engagement and customer lifetime value. Evaluate CRM systems and emerging technologies while driving scalable, data-informed customer communication strategies.

Lead Italy’s rider operations and operational compliance framework, managing a four-person team across rider acquisition, support, billing, cash management, union relations, and legal or authority support. Ensure compliance with Italian regulations, manage union and institutional relationships, improve rider onboarding and support, optimize billing processes, and drive automation through data analysis. Collaborate with global operations, Legal, and Finance teams to scale efficient local processes.

Provides global privacy and data protection legal guidance, including GDPR advice, privacy contracting, data mapping, impact assessments, policies, audits, regulatory investigations, and AI governance. The role advises technology business stakeholders, supports risk mitigation and compliance initiatives, and contributes to management reporting across jurisdictions.
