Lead commercial analytics and strategy for Glovo Kazakhstan by delivering data-driven insights, consolidating dashboards and reports, optimizing partner ads and promotions, supporting commercial projects (P&L, forecasting, target setting), enabling product adoption with playbooks, and improving operational efficiency through automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead production and external assurance of the group's annual non-financial (ESG) report, coordinate CSRD and EU Taxonomy disclosures, engage stakeholders, monitor regulatory changes, support investor queries, and drive process optimisation and automation for reporting readiness.

Design, build, test, and release Flutter-based mobile features end-to-end. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover customer needs, ensure scalability, own the SDLC, mentor peers, and improve team practices and delivery quality using automated testing and CI/CD.
