Lead multiple Analytics Engineering teams and managers across business domains, own multi-quarter AE roadmaps, set tooling and architecture standards, drive a data-products mindset (SLAs, observability, data contracts), coach AE managers, partner with stakeholders and recruiting to hire and scale analytics engineering capability.
