Manage and optimise partner product catalogues: create and standardise SKUs, names, categories, images, and descriptions. Use internal tools and AI to enrich listings, support large-scale onboarding, and collaborate with category, account, and design teams to launch merchandised catalogues.

Lead Manchester-based contact centre operations for Deliveroo’s New Partner Experience team. Manage onboarding agents and mentor team leads while ensuring performance against commercial KPIs. Design and implement strategic initiatives, improve processes, support product launches, allocate resources, identify skill gaps, and develop incentive programs. Partner with central and senior teams to drive transformation, operational efficiency, engagement, and growth across the EU hub.
