Provides written support to riders across multiple markets, resolving complex payment and account issues within service-level agreements. Handles escalated cases, analyzes case data in spreadsheets, identifies trends and root causes, and recommends process and workflow improvements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on high-risk cases and supports service excellence in a fast-paced, rotational environment including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Build and maintain high-throughput backend services in Go for scalable internal customer-support tools. Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams; design resilient, low-latency distributed systems; contribute to architecture and technical decisions; write well-tested code; and support reliability through on-call and incident management. The role also involves working with SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly Cassandra, with cloud infrastructure and event-driven architecture experience preferred.

Manages a portfolio of important restaurant partners, owns stakeholder relationships, analyzes performance data to drive growth and profitability, and collaborates with Marketing and Operations on initiatives. The role requires strong relationship-building, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and adaptability skills, with three to five years of relevant experience. Restaurant industry knowledge is preferred, while English fluency is required and Arabic is an advantage.
