Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing small and mid-sized restaurant and hospitality businesses. Identify prospects, understand operational challenges, deliver tailored SaaS demonstrations, explain APIs and integrations, manage objections, close deals, maintain pipeline forecasts, and collaborate with onboarding, account management, and support teams. The role is full-time and hybrid, with occasional travel for customer meetings and industry conferences.

Drive revenue by acquiring and managing small to mid-sized restaurant and hospitality businesses. Responsibilities include prospecting, understanding operational challenges, delivering tailored SaaS demonstrations, explaining APIs and integrations, handling objections, closing deals, maintaining pipeline forecasts, and partnering with onboarding, account management, and support teams. The role is hybrid in a European office and includes occasional customer and conference travel.

Serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers, managing integrations end-to-end, tracking SLA performance, diagnosing API/webhook issues, escalating to engineering, querying data with SQL and scripting, and identifying expansion opportunities to support revenue targets.
