Develop and maintain core backend services powering the API-first platform. Build API integrations with POS and delivery apps, design scalable data/reporting algorithms, implement M2M authorization, anticipate and mitigate performance issues, write tests, participate in code reviews, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with product, customer success, and technical account teams.

Work alongside a Senior Product Designer on the Direct Suite to deliver end-to-end product design work. Contribute to UI/UX tasks, user research, prototyping, design system updates, ideation, and cross-functional collaboration while using design and AI tools. Own a project from discovery through handover and present findings to stakeholders.

Build and ship an AI-augmented internal ProdOps platform: design, implement, and deploy integrations with Productboard, Jira, Confluence, and Slack; create LLM-powered features and AI agents; work with PMs, document architecture and runbooks, and demo progress regularly.
