Drive enterprise implementations by scoping technical solutions, architecting API-based integrations, managing stakeholder alignment (including C-suite), executing end-to-end testing and enablement, providing VOC to Product, troubleshooting integrations, and mentoring junior team members to ensure successful SaaS adoption and operational efficiency.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing small and mid-sized restaurant and hospitality businesses. Identify prospects, understand operational challenges, deliver tailored SaaS demonstrations, explain APIs and integrations, manage objections, close deals, maintain pipeline forecasts, and collaborate with onboarding, account management, and support teams. The role is full-time and hybrid, with occasional travel for customer meetings and industry conferences.

Provide technical support and complex troubleshooting for high-value enterprise customers using API and POS integration knowledge. Own ticket resolution, follow-ups, escalations, and urgent off-hours incidents while collaborating with developers, finance, partnerships, and other teams. Identify process and documentation improvements, use AI and API tools, and maintain excellent customer communication and satisfaction across multiple channels.
