Architect, develop, test, deploy, and operate high-performance .NET REST APIs and background workers in Kubernetes on Microsoft Azure. Design distributed microservices, establish API contracts, manage scaling and observability, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and lead code and architecture reviews. Collaborate with architects, product managers, and DevOps engineers on service roadmaps and technical decisions while maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable cloud services.

Provides front-line support for enterprise business applications, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Certinia PSA, Atlassian, and integrations. Manages Jira Service Management requests, access provisioning, permissions, onboarding and offboarding, approvals, troubleshooting, and escalations. Monitors integrations and synchronization jobs, documents solutions in Confluence, and maintains knowledge resources and system records. Ensures changes follow approval workflows and audit controls while coordinating with distributed teams.

Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, certificates, and cloud-based IT systems. Automate workflows with PowerShell and Power Automate, manage device compliance, licenses, domains, DNS, VPNs, and branch-office networks, and support SAML/SSO integrations. Maintain physical security systems, including access control, cameras, and badge infrastructure. Provide internal technical support, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and respond to after-hours emergencies and maintenance needs.
