Lead the software engineering team’s daily operations, technical direction, architecture, reliability, planning, delivery, hiring, and leadership development. Partner with Product, Core ML, and Hardware teams to scale cloud services and deployed checkout devices internationally. Improve monitoring, release processes, testing, incident response, and AI-assisted development practices while balancing customer needs and long-term strategy.

Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Linux, Jetson, Windows, edge, and cloud systems. Manage containerized applications, infrastructure automation, software releases, monitoring, runbooks, and deployment processes. Serve as an engineering escalation point for production issues, collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Sales, participate in on-call, and progressively assume operational ownership.

Provide multilingual (English + French) customer support via chat, email, phone and meetings; troubleshoot, configure and deploy visual AI self-checkout systems onsite; document interactions, run regular reporting, contribute knowledge-base articles, and analyze data to improve AI performance. Requires travel for deployments and participation in shift/on-call rotations.

Provide multi-channel customer support and onsite deployments for Deligo's visual AI checkout product. Diagnose, troubleshoot, configure systems, document interactions, run reporting, analyze data to improve AI results, contribute knowledge-base content, and participate in shift and on-call rotations.

Lead Deligo's go-to-market and revenue engine across the US and EU. Close lighthouse enterprise deals (convenience retail), build scalable sales playbooks, hire and develop the sales team, own pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets, and partner with founders to support Series A fundraising and expansion.
