Diagnose, troubleshoot, configure systems, document interactions, run reporting, analyze data to improve AI results, contribute knowledge-base content, and participate in shift and on-call rotations.

Lead Deligo's go-to-market and revenue engine across the US and EU. Close lighthouse enterprise deals (convenience retail), build scalable sales playbooks, hire and develop the sales team, own pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets, and partner with founders to support Series A fundraising and expansion.

Provide multilingual (English/German) customer support via chat, email, phone and meetings; troubleshoot and configure systems; lead onsite deployments (20–30% travel); document interactions, run reporting, analyze data to improve AI performance, and contribute to support knowledge base.

Own industrial design and 3D CAD modeling to deliver production-ready kiosks. Create and maintain high-quality CAD models, technical drawings, and DFM-driven designs, reduce manufacturing and assembly lead times, collaborate with product and hardware leadership, and prepare documentation for mass production.

Coordinate and execute events and outbound marketing operations to generate pipeline. Maintain accurate CRM and prospect data, support campaign launch and tracking, organize marketing assets, and enable sales and marketing through process improvements and stakeholder coordination.
