Owns procure-to-pay, accounts receivable, expense reporting, general accounting, and NetSuite administration. Responsibilities include vendor onboarding, invoice and payment processes, reconciliations, accruals, financial reporting support, approval policies, segregation-of-duties controls, audit readiness, system integrations, and process automation. Partners with R&D, laboratory, clinical, FP&A, Controller, and CFO teams while potentially leading transactional accounting staff.

Own and execute DELFI’s U.S. market access and reimbursement strategy for diagnostic products, covering coding, coverage, payment, CMS/Medicare, commercial payers, and the VA. Translate clinical and health-economic evidence into payer strategies, identify evidence gaps, manage compliant stakeholder engagement, and establish scalable processes, consultant relationships, and tools. Initially operate as a hands-on functional owner while building the market access team over time.

Support and troubleshoot high-throughput liquid handling automation and laboratory instruments for NGS-based cancer detection. Maintain equipment, perform IQ/OQ/PQ, document actions in QMS/LIMS (Sapio), assist validation, regulatory readiness, and cross-functional process improvement. Provide training, reagent/consumable support, and basic R&D lab work.

Lead the bioinformatics pipeline team, setting technical strategy and architecture. Ensure engineering best practices, mentor staff, and oversee DevOps strategy for reliable software delivery in a regulated environment.
