Pick and pack botanical orders using RF scanners or paper tickets, prepare products for shipment, perform basic plant maintenance, meet productivity and quality standards, follow safety procedures, collaborate with team, maintain a clean warehouse/greenhouse, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Lead a team of Category Managers to develop and execute category strategies for floral supplies. Oversee sourcing, vendor negotiations, inventory and SKU optimization, pricing, demand planning, and product quality. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Quality teams, support ERP and inventory system improvements, and manage seasonal planning and trade show/vendor visits to drive margin and supplier partnerships.

Field-based role driving new business growth across the Southeast by prospecting, developing relationships, managing pipeline, supporting onboarding, presenting products, attending trade shows, and using CRM/BI tools to track opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally.
