Supervise and participate in warehouse receiving operations, including unloading, inspection, system intake, product movement, and put-away. Coordinate staffing, workflow, schedules, and labor assignments while ensuring productivity, quality, accuracy, safety, and service goals. Train and coach employees, monitor performance and budgets, support process improvements, and maintain compliance in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

Manage and grow relationships with florists, event companies, and other floral industry customers in the Novi/Detroit market. Recommend flowers, plants, supplies, and related products; develop new business; expand assigned accounts; and provide responsive customer service. Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, operations, and logistics teams to support reliable fulfillment. The role is office-based with occasional customer visits and requires floral industry knowledge, B2B sales experience, organization, and independent work.

Lead and execute integrated B2B and e-commerce marketing strategies across digital and print channels. Manage multichannel campaigns, content creation, analytics (Google Analytics), budgets, and cross-functional go-to-market initiatives. Oversee and develop marketing team members and external partners to drive brand awareness, leads, and customer engagement.
