Teams at Delaware Caregivers

Oversee and manage all administrative, operational, and financial activities of a home care agency. Supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct or delegate consumer home visits, recruit and retain personnel, direct performance improvement, implement governing body directives, and participate in program evaluation and utilization review.

Student internship supporting homecare agency operations: scheduling, client-caregiver matching, recordkeeping, compliance, survey collection and outreach. Interns participate in community events, shadow visits (HIPAA-permitting), conduct follow-ups, and complete a final reflection project while receiving training and mentorship.

Support office care coordination and client records, assist case managers, collect/analyze client satisfaction data, participate in community outreach and health events, shadow caregiver visits, and conduct follow-up calls and surveys.
