Sells RVs, travel trailers, and motorhomes by engaging customers, explaining features, conducting safe test drives, processing sales paperwork, meeting sales goals, and building referral-based relationships. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a state sales license or ability to obtain one, strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and availability for flexible retail scheduling including weekends.

Own HR policy, employment-law compliance, leave administration, workers’ compensation, claims support, required notices, audits, and HR reporting across six companies and three states. Maintain employee and leave data in Paylocity and lead enterprise HR programs including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and policy rollouts. The role requires complex multi-state HR experience, employment-law knowledge, leave administration, project management, and onsite work in Delavan, Wisconsin.
