Supports broad HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, investigations, performance management, training compliance, and employment-law compliance. Maintains employee records, HR policies, standard operating procedures, and confidential information. Helps implement HRIS, outsourced HR services, FMLA processes, employee hotlines, and other companywide systems while advising employees and managers on HR matters.

Creates and publishes inventory photos, videos, social media content, website listings, and marketing updates. Maintains lot signage, stock materials, delivery calendars, warranties, and customer records. Supports sales through follow-up calls, surveys, greeting visitors, review responses, and phone coverage. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, basic content editing, and comfort working indoors and outdoors.

Manage an RV dealership lot by moving, towing, washing, and displaying trailers and motorhomes. Deliver campers to customers or campsites, maintain lot cleanliness and organization, assist sales and service teams, and help customers hitch or unhitch campers. The role requires trailer-backing ability, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and forklift or telehandler certification.
