Own and optimize G10 Fulfillment’s Salesforce environment, including Service Cloud, case management, automation, security, integrations, data quality, reporting, releases, governance, and user training. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues, reduce technical debt, improve operational workflows, and support Salesforce across fulfillment and warehouse environments.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by welcoming customers, identifying their needs, presenting options, conducting test drives, explaining financing and warranties, negotiating deals, and completing sales. The representative maintains customer relationships through follow-up, uses CRM tools to manage opportunities, stays current on inventory and vehicle technology, and collaborates with finance and service teams. Paid training is provided, and compensation includes a monthly draw, uncapped commission, and volume bonuses.
