Track milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and commercialization readiness while facilitating executive reviews, escalating issues, and driving accountability across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D.

Staff Accountant responsible for monthly close procedures, journal entries, accruals, account and bank reconciliations, fixed asset and CIP ledgers, depreciation, payroll entries, accounts receivable support, customer account maintenance, chargebacks, inventory processes, and audit preparation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and full-cycle accounting close and reconciliation experience.
