Teams at Del Norte Credit Union

Provides in-person and virtual member support for a credit union by answering banking questions, resolving problems, opening and closing accounts, and recommending appropriate financial products. Supports card services, loan operations, and support services; handles calls, emails, faxes, and online banking requests. The role requires compliance with regulations, confidentiality, effective communication, technical proficiency, and achievement of member education and service goals.

Provide consultative member service via phone and digital channels, assist with account openings, deposits, consumer loans and credit cards, perform prudent credit analysis, collect required loan documentation, resolve member issues, coach staff, and ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality.
