Teams at Del Monte Corporation

Oversee sales and product management for the grapes category by developing sales strategies, forecasting demand, managing customer relationships, negotiating pricing, allocating inventory, coordinating orders and logistics, and achieving revenue and margin goals. Analyze market conditions, financial indicators, inventory, and profitability to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with distribution centers, ports, operations, transportation, and other teams to deliver strong customer service and expand the business.

Manages co-manufacturing strategy, supplier relationships, performance, contracts, quality compliance, operational excellence, budgets, forecasting, cost optimization, and supply-chain risk. Evaluates and selects manufacturing partners, leads supplier reviews and corrective actions, improves production efficiency, develops contingency plans, and collaborates with Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure reliable, cost-effective product delivery.

Supports the Office Manager and staff with daily operations, reception, high-volume calls, guest and vendor assistance, mail distribution, and accounts payable. Processes and reconciles invoices in Oracle, researches payment issues, and provides general office support. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
