Help guests select vehicles, provide automotive product knowledge, and deliver excellent customer satisfaction. The role includes a 90-day training plan, commission-based compensation, and requires availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays. Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.

Leads dealership sales operations by hiring, coaching, training, and monitoring sales staff; maintaining product knowledge; improving customer satisfaction metrics; ensuring guest follow-up; managing sales processes; and achieving forecasted goals. The role requires sales management and finance experience, team-building success, technology proficiency, and preferably used vehicle management experience.
