Manage insurance defense caseloads (personal injury, property damage, liability), conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions, provide strategic counsel, and collaborate on case strategy while maintaining regulatory knowledge.

Manage insurance defense caseloads from inception to resolution, including research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, and representing clients at hearings, mediations, and trials. Provide coverage guidance, collaborate with partners and claims professionals, and ensure effective case management.

Provide paralegal support for insurance defense matters: prepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials; conduct legal research; manage case files and calendars; communicate with clients and witnesses; file court documents; and assist attorneys at hearings, depositions, and trials. Expected to meet 120 billable hours per month.
