Perform general handyman and facility maintenance tasks (minor repairs, basic carpentry, painting, preventative checks). Troubleshoot issues, maintain safe work areas, coordinate with team, document and communicate job status.

Provide paralegal support for insurance defense matters: prepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials; conduct legal research; manage case files and calendars; communicate with clients and witnesses; file court documents; and assist attorneys at hearings, depositions, and trials. Expected to meet 120 billable hours per month.
