Provide paralegal support for insurance defense matters: prepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials; conduct legal research; manage case files and calendars; communicate with clients and witnesses; file court documents; and assist attorneys at hearings, depositions, and trials. Expected to meet 120 billable hours per month.

Provide legal advice and representation in insurance coverage disputes, prepare coverage opinions, analyze policies, develop litigation strategies, perform legal research and drafting, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients and carriers while staying current on insurance law developments.
