Assists with migration from Windows Deployment Services to Microsoft Intune and collaborates with engineering, security, helpdesk, and business teams. Requires occasional on-call and weekend support, with less than 10% travel.

Provides technical account management for enterprise SaaS clients, serving as a trusted advisor, escalation point, and relationship manager. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, managing risks and incidents, advising on platform adoption and configuration, coordinating cross-functional resolution efforts, conducting executive technical reviews, developing client training materials, and communicating service disruptions and root-cause findings. The role also partners with sales, product, engineering, ITSM, and incident management teams to improve client satisfaction and retention.
