Supports marketing, communications, promotional initiatives, and event planning for ERDCWERX. Collaborates with teams to execute on-site and virtual events, workforce development activities, educational opportunities, and special projects. Responsibilities include scheduling, facility setup and breakdown, guest interaction, content creation, and promoting ERDC technology transfer and transition. The internship provides mentorship, professional development, and practical experience while requiring 10–20 hours per week.

Supports the corporate PMO by coordinating projects, maintaining schedules and documentation, preparing status reports, tracking organizational metrics, and monitoring risks. The role collects and validates project data, develops dashboards in Smartsheet and Domo, supports PMO process rollouts, coordinates stakeholder meetings, and provides training on project tools and reporting practices.

Supports technology transfer and commercialization projects by building stakeholder relationships across industry, academia, government, and small businesses. Identifies and tracks partnership opportunities using CRM and SAM.gov, supports outreach events and workshops, develops technology summaries, analyzes market and technical information, and connects AFRL technologies with potential commercialization partners. Independently manages assigned projects while maintaining records, reporting metrics, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting technology transition initiatives.
