Responsibilities include messaging, segmentation, competitive intelligence, voice-of-customer programs, product launches, content strategy, interactive demos, sales enablement, partner go-to-market, and AI-driven marketing workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, RevOps, and Data while maintaining messaging architecture, knowledge bases, battlecards, and content automation.

Defines product requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation constraints for GRID platform features. Breaks initiatives into agent-executable increments, directs AI agents through iterative development, reviews generated implementations for correctness, security, maintainability, and specification alignment, and validates outcomes through testing, demonstrations, and customer-focused evaluation. Diagnoses failures and improves specifications, context, and agent workflows while collaborating with product, design, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
