Manage and coach a small SDR team while personally booking qualified meetings with IT and executive buyers. Drive activity, call and meeting quality, prioritize accounts/contacts, partner with marketing and revenue leadership on list strategy, review call performance, track SDR metrics, and onboard new SDRs to create predictable pipeline.

The Sales Development Representative will focus on outbound prospecting and securing meetings with potential customers, while contributing to team success.

Lead the full sales cycle for Defendify's multi-module cybersecurity platform: discover customer needs, deliver tailored demos, coordinate internal experts, negotiate contracts, close deals, and transition accounts to Customer Success to meet revenue targets.
