The BIM Modeler will create and coordinate BIM models for electrical and ELV systems, ensuring compliance with project standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Own financial performance of international projects: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, risk identification (including FX and tax), contract/variation management, audit readiness, and alignment with accounting and compliance standards to drive data-driven decisions and improve project outcomes.

Create, update, and coordinate BIM models for electrical and ELV systems (lighting, power, cable trays, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, data). Use Revit to produce CSDs, extract drawings/schedules/quantities, run clash detection with Navisworks, support model audits and documentation, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver BIM outputs on schedule.
