Build pipeline, map government buying centers, lead public tenders, develop partner ecosystems, close complex enterprise deals, and turn deployments into references. The role requires strong DACH government sales experience, procurement-law expertise, technical-platform selling skills, and credibility in data protection, security, and sovereign AI.

Own deepset’s EU institutional sales market by winning new logos and expanding existing accounts, especially the European Commission. Build pre-tender pipelines, navigate EU procurement frameworks and tenders, develop partner relationships, shape account and territory strategies, and cultivate networks across institutional technology, policy, innovation, and procurement stakeholders. Represent deepset at Brussels events and provide market intelligence. The role requires complex software sales experience, EU procurement expertise, institutional relationships, technical AI fluency, and Brussels-based or relocation-ready availability.

Own full-funnel demand generation, building AI- and data-driven systems that connect Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn and other tools to power personalized journeys. Design AI-assisted campaign workflows, run rapid experiments across channels, integrate feedback with Sales/Product/RevOps, and scale successful playbooks to hit pipeline and revenue goals.
