Own and improve build systems, CI pipelines, testing infrastructure, dependency and vulnerability management, and internal developer tools. Help engineers remove workflow friction, maintain reliable engineering processes, review code, and improve quality and maintainability. The role requires strong software engineering and debugging skills, Python tooling and packaging experience, and familiarity with developer productivity practices. Kubernetes and experience with additional language ecosystems are preferred.

Manage a portfolio of law-firm and corporate legal clients to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of DeepJudge's AI-powered enterprise search. Lead onboarding, training, stakeholder and project coordination, business reviews, issue resolution, and surface client feedback to inform product. Promote ROI and upsell opportunities while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Own the reliability, availability, performance, and observability of large-scale AI search production environments across public and private clouds. Manage cloud infrastructure, capacity, networking, identity, deployments, infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, SLOs, alerting, and incident response. Build Python or Go automation and tooling to reduce operational toil, standardize environments, and improve platform reliability.
