Conduct live product demonstrations and engage customers to drive interest and sales for radiology workflow solutions. Maintain product knowledge, support sales efforts, coordinate events and trade shows, gather customer feedback, and report on demo activities. Collaborate with sales teams to meet targets while ensuring compliance with safety, HIPAA, and quality standards.

Administer and maintain production infrastructure including physical and virtual servers, virtualization platforms, OS patching, monitoring, performance and availability. Troubleshoot cross-stack issues (compute, virtualization, network, storage, backups). Support Linux and Windows environments, assist capacity planning, document configurations and procedures, participate in change management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and join on-call rotation for production incidents.

The Technical Services Engineer provides expert PACS support, troubleshoots healthcare IT issues, and collaborates with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvement.
