Leads Service Enablement and release readiness across Implementation, Support, Product, and Development. Oversees manufacturing, SRE, technical writing, technical training, documentation, tooling, budgeting, vendors, and staffing. Ensures Services are prepared to implement, support, and scale product releases across regions, with readiness reviews and sign-off before customer availability. Partners with strategic accounts and product teams on customer needs, escalations, end-of-life transitions, and operational improvements.

Leads Services Escalation Management and a team of Escalation Engineers. Owns ITIL Problem and Release Management, prioritizes customer escalations, drives root cause analysis and corrective actions, coordinates defect reviews with Product and Engineering, and manages patches, upgrades, fixes, and high-severity customer communications.

Supports global data privacy compliance programs involving HIPAA and GDPR. The role assists with Privacy by Design for software and AI use cases, vendor privacy assessments, Data Processing Agreements, Transfer Impact Assessments, regulatory research, privacy investigations, data subject inquiries, documentation, audits, and regulatory readiness. The position collaborates cross-functionally to monitor personal data handling and implement privacy controls.
