Teams at Deep Genomics

Run and develop cell- and protein-based assays to characterize novel RNA-targeting compounds. Perform high-throughput screening, transfections, molecular readouts (RNA/protein), and downstream analyses. Maintain cell cultures including primary hepatocytes, document work in ELN, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lead optimization and therapeutic development.

Lead research and design of large-scale Biological Foundation Models (BioFMs) using genomic and single-cell data. Develop novel architectures and pretraining paradigms, implement and train models at scale, collaborate with biologists and drug developers, mentor junior researchers, and publish findings in top-tier venues.
