The role provides hands-on exposure to workforce training, safety compliance, and plant-floor operations while requiring strong organization, analytical ability, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.

Process Engineering Intern supporting manufacturing process improvement, risk reduction, quality, safety, and productivity initiatives. Responsibilities include reviewing failure modes and controls, analyzing equipment capacity, conducting time studies, updating work instructions, troubleshooting process and quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement projects. The role involves hands-on work in production areas and requires analytical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Evaluates and audits supplier manufacturing processes, manages supplier quality performance, investigates root causes, coordinates corrective actions, approves quality plans, maintains documentation, and ensures compliance with specifications, quality systems, and environmental objectives.

Design and develop products from concept through launch, managing quality, cost, weight, timing, manufacturability, validation, and compliance. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, materials, tooling, and supply chain needs. Develop design strategies, identify failure modes, and create verification and validation plans supporting successful product performance and launch readiness.
