Operate and improve mission-critical 24/7 healthcare production environments using SRE and DevOps practices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Linux and Windows systems, maintaining virtualized infrastructure and databases, managing deployments and upgrades, improving monitoring and observability, automating operational processes, supporting security hardening, documenting procedures, and coordinating technical initiatives across teams.

Leads customer success, retention, growth, service delivery, and value realization for healthcare technology customers in Denmark. Oversees customer operations, support escalations, SLA monitoring, renewals, upsells, stakeholder governance, and project management. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Support teams while representing customer needs. The role also manages profitability, forecasting, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic international environment.
