Lead and build Dedale's new Talent Intelligence practice: own P&L, run end-to-end senior advisory mandates, manage 20–40 active searches, define screening methodology, hire and mentor associates, oversee APAC sourcing, develop commercial pipeline and cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to the people intelligence data layer.

Lead HR for Dedale's international growth: set up entities, coordinate with local counsel/payroll/PEO/EOR, manage international relocations and visas, own HR operations (contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination), ensure local labour-law compliance, support recruitment, performance reviews and compensation benchmarking across multiple countries.
