Supports the USMEPCOM ENLIST program through status analysis, monthly reporting, governance materials, meeting documentation, milestone and action-item tracking, risk and issue management, and maintenance of program artifacts and portals. Coordinates information across task leads, technical teams, leadership, and Government stakeholders. Supports project plans, schedules, quality documentation, transitions, deliverable reviews, travel workflows, and process improvements while protecting sensitive Government information.

Leads quality management for a government program by maintaining the Quality Management Plan, establishing QA/QC controls, reviewing deliverables, executing software testing, monitoring performance metrics, and managing defects, risks, corrective actions, and audits. The role coordinates quality activities across program and technical teams, performs root-cause analysis, validates portal releases, supports government reviews, maintains quality records, and drives continuous process improvement.

Leads DoD cybersecurity delivery and supports the Government ISSM across security governance, RMF authorization, NIST control implementation, vulnerability remediation, inspection readiness, and compliance reporting. Coordinates corrective actions across technical and government teams, maintains security documentation and remediation plans, validates cybersecurity data, and translates technical findings into prioritized risk recommendations for leadership. Requires extensive DoD cybersecurity experience, CISSP certification, a bachelor’s degree, and an active Secret clearance.
