Supports the Program and Deputy Program Manager for a Navy systems engineering contract. Integrates software, hardware, networks, and applications across system development, including requirements, design, coding, testing, production, and maintenance. Applies systems engineering reviews, requirements decomposition, combat systems integration, risk management, program protection, technology readiness, and technical performance measures. The role is primarily on-site at Washington Navy Yard, with infrequent travel to naval facilities on the East and West Coasts.

Develop and enhance software solutions by analyzing user needs and applying computer science, engineering, and mathematical principles. Collaborate with project management, acquisition, logistics, and security teams to integrate hardware and software, develop specifications, and establish performance requirements. Maintain application databases and support Naval Sea Systems Command programs. The role is primarily onsite at Washington Navy Yard, with infrequent travel to naval locations on the East and West Coasts.

Prepares and analyzes budgets, tracks costs and variances, evaluates financial proposals, coordinates funding activities, researches economic developments, produces executive summaries, and provides financial reporting and management support for a U.S. Navy weapons engineering and acquisition program.
