Leads a U.S. Navy lifecycle sustainment and depot-level repair contract. Responsibilities include program planning and control, budgeting, scheduling, risk and quality management, performance reporting, customer and contracting officer coordination, ROM development, status meetings, subcontractor management, staffing, and customer relationship management. The role requires extensive Navy in-service engineering experience, management of large multi-year programs and contracts, strong stakeholder leadership, and an active DoD Secret clearance. This is a fully onsite Ventura County position with limited travel.

Supports Department of Defense radar acquisition and systems engineering programs by managing cost, schedule, risk, budgets, technical coordination, engineering changes, meetings, action items, data calls, and project milestones. Provides financial planning, Earned Value monitoring, policy application, technical briefings, and liaison support among Navy program offices, engineering teams, laboratories, manufacturers, and logistics stakeholders. Requires an active Secret clearance and approximately 25% travel.

Leads cybersecurity oversight, governance, risk management, compliance, system accreditation, and incident response for SIPRNet and classified information systems. Maintains RMF artifacts, ATOs, STIG compliance, security baselines, vulnerability remediation, access controls, audit documentation, and continuous monitoring. Coordinates with authorizing officials, auditors, engineers, and government stakeholders while ensuring classified data protection and user training.
