The consultant provides ERP consulting and support in Finance & Accounting, focusing on Infor CloudSuite Industrial SyteLine, including project management and client relationship building.

Senior Software Developers will enhance ERP systems, collaborate on projects, test modifications, and provide customer support, leveraging their CSI/SyteLine expertise.

Develop and implement customer information solutions while serving as a liaison between stakeholders and Decision Resources. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, systems analysis, development, QA testing, UAT support, user training, SDLC execution, and post-production support. The role also provides production support for Syteline products, including EDI, ecommerce, OCR transactions, supply chain and warehouse management, and general user issues.
