Own accounting delivery and client relationships for multiple clients. Lead analyst teams across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger activities. Review financial work, resolve accounting questions, meet reporting deadlines, and identify automation, delegation, and process-improvement opportunities while partnering with the firm principal or franchise owner.

Analyze financial statements, identify and resolve general ledger discrepancies, manage month-end close processes, maintain accurate client books, perform bank and ledger reconciliations, process accounts payable and payroll entries, and oversee accounting workflows for multiple clients. The role also involves preparing close workbooks, reviewing financial statements, collaborating with managers, and supervising or reviewing team work.

Prepares and files federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses; analyzes financial data, maintains tax records, supports compliance deadlines, updates procedures, and collaborates with senior tax professionals. The role also requires staying current on tax law changes and identifying potential tax-saving opportunities.
