Provide transaction support to Finance and Real Estate attorneys: prepare signature pages, draft and proofread documents, file UCC financing statements, manage closing documents, order lien searches, interact with clients/outside counsel/DTC, and organize transactional files while meeting billing targets.

Support billing assurance and cash receipts processes including liaison duties, monitoring complex billing arrangements, auditing write-offs, developing reports, processing daily payments (wires, ACH, lockbox, checks), troubleshooting billing issues, assisting with training, and executing ad-hoc cash and billing projects.

Manage end-to-end CLE accreditation and program approvals, administer the viLMS CLE LMS, maintain CLE compliance records, create webforms and workflows, monitor lawyer CLE compliance, and support program logistics and CLE-related communications.
