The Total Rewards Coordinator manages benefits administration, supports compensation processes, and provides technical expertise in total rewards in a law firm setting.

Prepare and finalize client bills in Aderant, ensure compliance with client billing guidelines, manage electronic submissions and rejected invoices, coordinate with partners, collections, and e-billing teams, provide billing backups, obtain write-offs, and support billing process improvements.

Design, prototype, and deploy secure AI-enabled solutions (generative AI, RAG, intelligent agents, automations) for legal workflows. Partner with attorneys and business teams to translate needs into scalable applications, ensure compliance with security/privacy/governance standards, run testing and monitoring, document and transition solutions to operations, and develop reusable AI components and patterns to accelerate delivery.
