Lead live DeFi education sessions, support approximately 400 students per six months, explain complex crypto concepts simply, research crypto projects, write DeFi articles, create video content, and conduct trading, technical, and on-chain analysis to evaluate investments and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities include managed-device setup and troubleshooting, access-control requests, identity verification before access changes, ticket documentation, and routing tier 3 issues. Translate complex blockchain and DeFi concepts into clear, accessible narratives while developing creative ideas aligned with the company’s mission. The role is fully remote and requires strong writing, creativity, financial and blockchain knowledge, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Write one weekly 30–35-minute finance YouTube script and accompanying short-form scripts. Research every claim from primary documents, maintain a calm institutional tone, structure scripts for retention, and ensure compliance by avoiding predictions, recommendations, and certainty language. Deliver research memos, hooks, retention maps, inline source tags, and review sheets. Candidates must demonstrate substantial long-form finance content performance, a high-value audience, an appropriately sourced writing sample, and willingness to complete a paid trial.

Provide high-trust, in-person personal support to senior executives in Dubai: errands, gifting, reservations, travel booking and itinerary management, inbox triage, research, subscriptions, and ad hoc weekend support. Maintain discretion, proactivity, and excellent attention to detail.

Writes persuasive renewal, retention, reoffer, and lifecycle copy across email, SMS, in-app messaging, landing pages, and follow-up sequences. Develops member success stories, supports A/B testing, analyzes messaging performance, and collaborates with membership directors, marketers, senior copywriters, and mentors. The role requires strong writing fundamentals, comfort with multiple deadlines, and interest in finance, blockchain, and DeFi.
