Teams at Decatur Family YMCA

Support development and daily operations of a YMCA child development center (ages 2-5). Implement Creative Curriculum, supervise classrooms and staff, maintain records, engage families, ensure staff training and licensing compliance (DCFS, YMCA certifications), provide classroom coverage, and assist Senior Childcare Director as needed.
