Analyze acquisitions involving powered land, data centers, and power generation assets. Build financial models, support due diligence, research land and power markets, track the acquisitions pipeline, prepare investment materials, and coordinate with legal, finance, energy, development, and external consultants through transaction closings. The role also supports asset management, development project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication, with increasing responsibility for deal execution and sourcing.

Owns and executes high-volume transactional legal work across land, energy, procurement, construction, joint ventures, acquisitions, and project financing. Drafts and negotiates agreements, supports development and entitlement matters, manages outside counsel, oversees corporate compliance and entity management, and builds contract-management systems, templates, playbooks, and processes to improve legal throughput and consistency.
