Lead a large, high-volume metalworking plant (~1,000 employees) overseeing Production, Quality, EHS, and Logistics. Drive Lean, WCM, TPM, and predictive maintenance, partner with Maintenance to advance preventive/predictive strategies, manage budgets and productivity, ensure operational stability, and develop leadership across manufacturing functions.

Lead regional S&OP across South America, align demand with production capacity, coordinate Sales, Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, monitor KPIs, drive inventory and service level improvements, manage risks and execution, and develop regional supply chain teams to optimize performance.
