Leads dental network development and retention teams, identifying expansion opportunities through network data, territory analysis, and sales requests. Oversees recruitment, provider contracts, process improvements, implementation of network strategies, departmental metrics, and field staff management. Requires extensive travel to recruit, train, and manage staff while balancing priorities, resolving conflicts, and achieving quality and delivery goals.

Drive contracting and growth of a dental provider network within assigned territory. Conduct outreach and follow-up via phone or in-person, overcome objections, negotiate contracts and financial terms, develop initial dentist relationships, and transition accounts to Network Support to meet annual network goals.
