Oversee daily office administration, support Branch Manager and Project Management team, manage supplies/equipment, handle HR onboarding and personnel records, coordinate payroll and reporting, supervise administrative staff, and maintain efficient office operations and communications.

Manage complex infrastructure and maintenance projects, oversee staff and equipment, control budgets and expenses, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate training and long-term scheduling, and support business development and estimating efforts.

Provide front-desk reception and customer service; manage mail, filing, scanning, and document preparation; perform data entry, reporting, scheduling, travel arrangements, office inventory and supply management; support managers and project staff; follow safety and company policies; perform other assigned administrative duties.

Travel for out-of-town events with paid travel, hotel, and per diem.
